Founder of Travel Agent Achievers

Roslyn is a travel advisor, business mentor and the founder of Travel Agent Achievers, a global community supporting travel professionals to build stronger, more sustainable businesses.

Having spent more than two decades in the travel industry, Roslyn understands both the opportunities and pressures that come with running a travel business. Her sessions focus on helping advisors step back from the day-to-day, gain clarity on their direction and make confident decisions about the future of their business.

At the retreat, Roslyn leads the overall experience and facilitates the strategic conversations that help advisors look at their business through a fresh lens.

Clare Cope

Corporate Psychologist & Leadership Specialist

Clare brings a powerful perspective to the retreat as a corporate psychologist who works with business leaders and organisations on mindset, decision making and leadership development.

Her work focuses on helping people understand how their thinking patterns, beliefs and behaviours influence the choices they make in business and life.

During the retreat, Clare will guide conversations that help you recognise what may be holding you back, reframe challenges and reconnect with your confidence as a business owner.

Owen Cope

Business Strategist & Entrepreneur

Owen is an experienced entrepreneur and strategist who works closely with business owners to help them step out of operational overwhelm and think more strategically about growth and direction.

His approach combines practical business insight with a deep understanding of how leaders make decisions under pressure.

At the retreat, Owen supports the strategic discussions and group collaboration sessions, helping advisors challenge assumptions, explore new ideas and see opportunities from a different perspective.
